The mission of the Poverty and Inequality Research Centre (PIRC) is to generate new knowledge and informed discussion on the causes, consequences, and ways of addressing poverty and inequality. In doing so, we aim to make a positive difference to public policies, governance arrangements, and services to eliminate poverty and foster equality.
